Australia Shipping

FREE Sydney CBD Pickup (Wynyard Station Area)
All pickup orders will be ready the following day of placing the order. For same-day pickup please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pickup is Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. Once your order is ready for pickup you receive an email with pickup instructions (we are not a physical shop).

International Shipping​

Standard Shipping does not include a signature on delivery and insurance
We highly recommend using a registered post as your preferred shipping method. A signature on delivery means your parcel will not be left if there is nobody available to sign for the parcel. By not choosing registered post as your preferred shipping method you accept that we cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of a parcel while in transit or at the destination. We also highly recommend having your parcel delivered to an address such as a work address where there will be someone to accept the delivery during business hours.

Delivery Timeframe:

USA / CA / Asia / EU / UK delivery time up to 4 Weeks (Express 8 - 15 days)

Rest of the world delivery time is up to 5 Weeks  (Express 10 - 18 days)

Delivery claim - If your parcel hasn’t been delivered by the expected time or you’re worried it’s gone missing, let us know as soon as you can. Please note that DHL / Australia Post will start investigating after 28 days of dispatch and it can take up to 28 days to receive a report.


The destination country may charge customs fees and taxes on orders. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer. We have no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country. For further information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The important thing to remember is that we want the items you order to be perfect for you... We want you to find your perfect matches which is why you may return the items.

Return – All returned items will be refunded (less the postage costs) and will take approximately 14 business days to process.
 

Postage Cost - If your order is entitled to FREE Shipping, it will be our cost of shipping your order.

Change of Mind items has a 10% handling fee (excluding exchange).

Please notify us of your request within 7 days of receiving your parcel (as shown on the courier website).


Exchange / Return item(s) must be in original, unused condition with all packaging/tags intact.​

Personal items such as underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Items on sale / special promotional offers / sold-out items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation: orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing the order. After that period, you can send the parcel back to us unopened (Please notify us of your intention within the 24-hour period).

Due to international logistic issues in some countries, we reserve the right to cancel international orders and provide a full refund.
